glu: ist Lautschrift und bedeutet Leim. Das Leipziger Quartett packen mit ihrer Musik die guten Zeiten ein, kleben alles zusammen, streuen Lametta drauf und nennen das Ganze „Pop” - leichtfüßig und glitzernd, manchmal melancholisch, für Sommernächte in Isolation.

Gegründet im Jahr 2020 legten Charlotte Vogel (Gesang/Keys), Max Schäfer (Gitarre/Synth), Tim Schönherr (Bass/Synth) und Philipp Berger (Drums) schnell die Songs „WYAR” und „Circles” vor. Im Juli 2021 folgte daraufhin die Debüt-EP „Fireflies” - liebevoll in Eigenregie produziert, mit 80's Patina. Damit wollen glu: nun die Bühnen der Welt mit Glitter-Tränen bestreuen und das Publikum auf eine gefühlsreiche Achterbahn mitnehmen.

glu: is the phonetic transcription for what the Leipzig based musicians want to achieve with their sound: glueing together the good times in a light-footed, sparkling and sometimes melancholic musical roller coaster ride. Founded in the year of social isolation 2020 Charlotte Vogel (vocals/keys), Max Schäfer (guitar/synth), Tim Schönherr (bass/synth) and Philipp Berger (drums) released their debut "Fireflies" in the summer of 2021: an 80s-homage, fully diy-EP, ready to take over the stages, soaking them in glittering tears of joy.
